Who We Are
Swift Construction MCR Ltd is a Manchester-based property development and real estate company registered in England. We work across three connected disciplines: developing building projects, buying and selling our own property, and letting and operating residential and commercial space.
What We Do
We identify sites and buildings with genuine potential, take them through design and planning, and manage delivery on site. Completed schemes are either sold, retained and let, or held as long-term investment assets — a decision we make on the merits of each location.
